Pure In Heart Weekly Schedule Pure In Heart Church is a family of people who have been joined together by the Lord and share the vision of seeing the world filled with the glory of God. This special community of people demonstrate their love for the Lord by loving each other deeply. As a direct result of that love we seek to gather regularly to share life. Located in the city of Franklin Park, Illinois, Pure In Heart Church provides life changing opportunities, and a new purpose in life. A little bit about us Pure In Heart Church is comprised of friendly Christian people. Building lasting friendships is a major priority. We are also a people who are given to learning by studying the Bible. We believe that the bible is the inspired word of God to mankind. It is a 'living book' and relevant to life today. Learning it's truths is an adventure. *We are also given to enrichment. We offer a wealth of opportunities- special programs and ministries for children, youth and adults. There's more than one place where you can be personally enriched.* The members of this Church love to serve! We accept our responsibility to reach out in service to others. This applies both within the church family and outside our fellowship. The primary reason we meet together is to focus our attention on God, giving Him our worship and receiving His blessing and inspiration. Each of these occasions is a special time of spiritual refreshment.
Pure In Heart Church: A brief history Most people do not know that Pure In Heart Church began as the Pure In Heart band. The Pure In Heart band consisted of born again Christians who were musically gifted and carried a passion to share the the love of Jesus to the world around them. As they travled across the Untied States, young men and women were bieng reached and transformed by the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. In 1980 Peter Negron, the leader and founder of the Pure In Heart band, answered the call of God to pastoral ministry. Thus the Pure In Heart band evolved into Pure In Heart Church. Alongside his wife Marilyn, and his 3 sons, Pastor Peter Negron embarked on a journey that has lasted over 30+ years. As a result of Pure In Heart Church many nations have been reached, families restored and many forever changed. Presently they congregate in Franklin Park, IL.
